Kristen Di Martino, MACP, Registered Psychotherapist

The mental health field has been an important part of my life for the last 17 years. I have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brock University, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree from Yorkville University. 

I use a client-centered approach, which means my focus is on learning to understand my client's world from their perspective. I trust that you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to help you realize your potential. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions to help ensure you have the tools you need in order to succeed. 

Therapy is a process, the goal is to help you become the best possible version of yourself and improve the quality of your life.

Kim vonEuw, MSc, Registered Psychotherapist

Everyone struggles with their mental health at some point in their lifetime, and my goal is to help individuals learn how to navigate their mental health journeys. My educational background stems from a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences from Brock University, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Niagara University. 


As each person’s mental health journey is different, so is my approaches to treatment. I use client-centered approaches to ensure each client’s treatment is tailored to their individual goals and needs. My goal is to ensure that the therapeutic process is a relationship between my clients and I, as they know more about their lives that I do. My job is to help offer new perspectives and strategies to help each person meet their individual goals. To ensure this, I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy modalities.


Therapy is centered around the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client. My goal is to ensure that each client feels safe and supported through the therapeutic process, so they are able to achieve their goals.

I view life as a journey, and one of my life callings on my journey is to serve others and support them on their own journeys towards healing. Some of the most satisfying aspects of my work are witnessing, when clients see new possibilities, find glimmers of hope, and find ways to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from achieving their goals. I have had the privilege to walk alongside many clients over the past 12 years.


I started my career of service working in healthcare to support clients with their physical healing, I became acutely aware of their concurrent needs for emotional, mental, psychological, and spiritual healing. This inspired me to pursue and complete my Master of Divinity in counselling at Tyndale Seminary and start my second career in psychotherapy(optional)

I completed my Master of Divinity in counselling at Tyndale Seminary in 2013, and since then I have been working with clients with a variety of concerns. I believe that we are always changing and growing and I have been actively engaged in growing and learning by engaging in professional development as well as by doing my own work to grow in many different aspects of my personal life.


I practice psychotherapy in a client-centered manner. I operate with a respectful and strength-based approach. I meet clients’ counselling needs and help them to achieve their goals by using an eclectic approach, incorporating a variety of different therapeutic approaches and modalities, including a trauma-informed approach, a solution-focused approach, CBT, and DBT. I work collaboratively with clients and believe that clients are the expert of their lives and of what works best for them. My role is to join them for part of their journeys and to help them move towards their goals.
